Step 2: Simple Onboarding

Once you decide to move forward, simply e-sign the engagement letter and handle the initial invoice. You will immediately get access to your secure Client Portal.

Step 3: Remote Data Collection

No need to schedule a disruptive site visit. You or your property manager simply upload photos and videos using your smartphone based on our tailored checklist. We may also request blueprints or appraisals if you have them.

Step 4: Engineering Analysis

Our team takes over. Engineers analyze your data to break down your property components into the proper IRS class lives, ensuring everything complies with current tax laws.

Step 5: Receive Your Report

We deliver a full Cost Segregation Report (PDF) and a fixed asset schedule in Excel for your tax filings. We are happy to coordinate with your CPA to ensure the journal entries are applied correctly.
